1. The Sacramento County District Attorney Thien Ho says his office is planning to announce the next steps in their plan to hold City Officials accountable for the booming homeless encampments along city streets. 2. A series of moderate earthquakes rattled the west side of California's Central Valley Monday night. The first struck at around 5:15 p.m. near Westley in Stanislaus County measuring 4.0, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
