The "GoldenSky Country Music Festival" is set to debut in the Cap City this October, following on the heels of "Aftershock," the highest-grossing hard rock festival in the U.S.

Visit Sacramento is partnering with the same producers of that event to double down with this second destination music festival in Sac. This year it'll be a two-day event on three stages, with a 25,000 person capacity per day, the future plan for GoldenSky is to grow into a four day festival. Promoters promise it'll feature top-tier country music artists, along with unique festival experiences, and a Sactown touch.
