This is the first ad produced by Barbara Boxer's political action committee as part of what's called the "Resist and Replace" campaign. The target this time is California Representative Darrell Issa.
The 30-second spot uses bobbleheads in the images of Issa and President Trump sitting on the dashboard of a car. Boxer says ads like this one will target California Republicans who she says have been "cowering in the corner" as Trump attempts to end programs that benefit the state and their constituents, like the Affordable Healthcare act.
