A suspect is in custody after leading officers on a high-speed chase through Los Angeles County. The white SUV crashed on the eastbound 91-Freeway near Pioneer Avenue, and the driver was taken down by a K9 unit. Authorities say it started at about 11:30 Wednesday morning when the suspect was involved in an unknown incident with a marked San Gabriel police vehicle. The car was travelling at speeds exceeding 90-miles-per hour on the 10, 110 and 91 freeways and surface streets. Authorities say the suspect side-swiped several vehicles and rammed into patrol cars, but it is unclear if there were any injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
