For the first time in four years regional economist are becoming optimistic about the business sector in the Capitol City. The Sacramento Business Review forecast team predicts the region will begin to see a slow recovery. Entrepreneurs and banks will lead the way as confidence appears to be increasing. Trouble spots that could hamper improvement continues to be government and the housing market.

The yearly review is put out by a group of Sacramento State economists.
