Despite that picture, Mike is wise beyond his years, and would never dream of writing one of these himself. Or would he?
Either way, Mike's a UC Davis grad who almost made it on Jeopardy! while in college (the final test was on state capitals and things didn't go too well). He's a relative newcomer to the business and is honored to work at KFBK - even if he has to get up at 3AM to do it. Assignments have taken him to Governor Brown's inauguration, into Sierra Nevada snow storms and inside the cockpit of a fighter jet. When he's not at the station you can likely find him running along the American River Parkway. Story ideas can be pitched somewhere between Watt and Howe Avenues.
