The years have come and gone since you were seduced into smoking and now its time to quit. Now there's an iPhone app that can help you. Dr. Ricardo Munez at San Francisco General Hospital came up with it.

You use the app to record how you are feeling at various times of the day and what activities you are involved in. All of this data produces a graph.

In a clinical trial researchers found that those who tracked their pattern of smoking were twice as likely to quit for good. If you spend say $200 dollars a month on cigarettes and quit, you have more than paid for your iPhone and the monthly data plan charges.
