The CHP says serious consequences may come for a group of motorcyclists who blocked I-10 in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon for a marriage proposal...in the middle of the freeway. A video on YouTube shows close to 300 bikers bringing traffic to a stop while one of them gets down on bended knee to propose to his longtime girlfriend:

Numerous traffic citations have already been issued and now the CHP is looking to see if the act is worthy of any felonies. We hear the woman did say yes by the way!!
