Looks like blowing your top can help you live longer! A team of German researchers found people who let out their anger live an average of two years longer than those who bottle up their rage. In findings published in the journal Health Psychologies, the analysis of 6,000 patients showed those who internalized anxiety ran the risk of an elevated pulse, increasing the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and other ailments.
