By most accounts tomorrow is shaping up to be a pretty close election. Some of the swing states are too close to call. But adding to the unexpected are potential problems in the Northeast due to the storm Sandy. More than 100-thousand New Yorkers have been displaced and will have to vote at other precincts. And in storm-ravaged New Jersey, Gov. Chris Christie is allowing voting by fax or email. Bill Rosenberg is a Professor of Political Science at Drexel University.
