The FBI has requested documents from the treasurer's office as part of a federal grand jury subpoena involving a case that has not yet been made public.   3. The Newsom administration, led by attorney general Rob Bonta, is suing the City of Huntington Beach over a approved a voter identification law.   4. The Sacramento Business Journal is reporting there is an effort to merge the financially troubled public radio station Cap Radio with the PBS television station KVIE channel 6.
