- Roseville leaders are opting against an outright ban on controversial needle exchange programs. The Roseville City Council voted to heavily regulate such programs rather than ban them. - Thousands more healthcare workers in California are in support of a strike at Kaiser. This could be the largest healthcare strike in U.S. history, if it happens.
