One Sacramento School District In Gridlock Over Reopening Guidelines

Just as students in Sacramento are starting to return to their classrooms, school employees and district officials can't agree on how schools should safely reopen. The Sacramento City School District has declared a formal impasse with the Service Employee International Union 10-21, which includes school secretaries, cafeteria workers and aids.
