Padilla has not only had to deal with procedural matters laid out by the court for the release of Casey Anthony, but he and those in his family who traveled with him to Orlando have faced strong resistance from bailbondsmen in Florida. They filed complaints about someone coming in from California to post bond for Anthony.

Padilla has faced threats of arrest if proper procedures aren't followed every step of the way, and that has slowed the process. The half million dollar bond has been accepted.

Anthony will have to wear a monitoring ankle bracelet and stay at her parents home, where she'll watched closely.
