Homeowners in Rancho Cordova rest a little easier Thursday night as the two men believed to be responsible for a rash of home burglaries earlier this week have been caught. Fingerprints led detectives to the first suspect,
"They were able to speak to in his home, at the same time the second burglar, who we hadn't identified hopped out the back window," said Sergeant Lisa Bowman.
Bowman added that 20-year old Cameron Hall and 19-year old Jerritt Tolson were soon arrested. They're now being held in the Sacramento County Jail on felony charges of burglary and possession of stolen property including laptops and cell phones.
"Some of the stolen property recovered were guns too, so we're very grateful it ended the way it did."
Many of the items have been recovered and returned to victims from Yukon River Way, Gorge River Court, and Oaktron Way.
