Implementation of the Affordable Care Act is forcing a majority of people who purchase individual health plans out of their policies. This is happening despite President Barack Obama's 2009 promise.
NBC News is reporting that between 50 percent and 75 percent of the people who previously purchased their own healthcare plans will have them canceled because they do not meet the standards of the ACA.
