It's never too early to start placing bets on the next presidential race. Two national polls put Hillary Clinton and Chris Christie neck and neck in a hypothetical matchup for the 2016 election. A Quinnipiac University survey shows Christie, the Republican Governor of New Jersey with 42-percent of registered voters. He narrowly beat out Clinton, with 41-percent of participants backing the Democratic former Secretary of State. Another poll indicates Clinton will take a lead over the Governor, with Christie trailing by three-percent. The new polls show a shift in favor since this summer, before Christie gained national attention for his landslide re-election win.
