One of the most dangerous asteroids on record sailed past Earth last month, and astronomers say it will be back.
News reports that first started popping up yesterday said there's a chance the space rock named 2013 TV-135 could slam into Earth in less than 20 years, unleashing a force equal to thousands of atom bombs.
But the Ukrainian astronomers who discovered and named the asteroid say the chance it will collide with Earth is extremely small. And NASA says it's virtually certain the asteroid will breeze past the Earth again in 2032. The space agency also says the most dangerous asteroids don't pose much of a threat, and there aren't very many of them.
