SACRAMENTO -- Two Sacramento parents are in jail after police discovered several young children unsupervised inside their home -- a home which police say is unsuitable for raising children.
Sacramento Police learned about the home after two of the children were detained for throwing rocks at another house.
When they brought the kids back to their home, they found seven unsupervised children ages 5 to 11.
Dameian McGhee and Katisha Dixon were arrested for child neglect. The children have been placed in protective custody.
