In a new study, thousands of teens admit they drink, but even worse is the admission that they drink to excess.
This new study conducted by the University of Michigan shows 1-in-10 high school seniors surveyed admits to extreme binge drinking. That's putting away 10 or more drinks in a row.
The study of 16,000 students also found boys were almost twice as likely to binge drink as girls, and that binge drinking was more than three times as common in white students as their black counterparts.
On the bright side, the study found that the rate of binge drinking has not risen over the past six years.
